Year 5's visit to Rushden Library
Year 5 taking their science lesson outside to create a scaled representation of the Solar System
Year 5's trip to the National Space Centre
Year 5 classes participated in a live question and answer session with Helen Sharman. Helen was the first British astronaut in space (and also female!) There was also an astronaut in training on the video call who was speaking live from the Saxavord Space Port in the Shetland Isles. The children were able to submit questions to be answered and really enjoyed listening to the facts and stories that a 'real' astronaut had to share.
